What are the menu options

Yes we do cater for different dietary requirements such as Gluten free, Halal, Vegan and Vegetarian. Please ask about the different options.

Why Book Sarah's grill over any other catering services?
Wever you want your food cooked to a certain way, customised to the way you want it, prefer it ready for a certain time or any other requirement, we are happy to suit your needs. By having our catering unit there upon your request, we provide the human element, which other caterers may not provide (Set Catering). Basically we can cater for every individuals needs, ensuring every customer leaves happy.
Do we need to provide electric?
No. We run our cooking appliances from LPG, some other lifeline essentials require a small amount of electric(700w), which we have a silent generator to power. However some guests prefer to supply a standard electricity hook-up to negate the need of running a generator (Sound). We just plug a long extension into a standard UK 3 pin domestic socket.
Do you take only cash like the other burger vans?
What kind of events do you cater for?
Our burger van is great hit at any event we go to. Whether your looking for a works lunch, team building lunch, corperate event, wedding, charity events or kids birthday party you name we can do it.​​

NO. We take cash and card. If you prefer we also do a bank transfer as well. We take all major bank cards.
How long do you stay for and how many people can you cater for?
Depending on how many to feed, we stay for about an hour and half. However if you want us there longer we happy to do so. We can cater from 25 people plus. On average we can serve 60 people an hour. Sarah's Grill is kitted out with the the best quality equipment which allows us to serve as many people as possible
Do you have full availability?
Sarah's Grill is available 7 days a week, however most weekend daytimes are mainly pencilled out, due to regular commitments. Please enquire to check availability.
Do you do drinks?
Yes we do cold soft drinks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate to other range drinks. Ask about the range drinks available.
Do you do any other food?
We also cater for breakfast and lunch events. We also offer tasty side option as well at a extra cost. Why not make your event extra special by asking about the range of homemade cakes. We make any kind of cakes from triple chocolate brownies, millionaires shortbread, to birthday cakes and weeding cakes. Please ask about pricing on cakes.
What if it rains?
No worries Sarah's Grill will be at your event rain or shine. Our hatch provides shelter for guest to stand under if it is raining.
What locations can you cover?
Sarah's Grill can cover any location regardless of how remote the event is. If your event is in the middle of the field not to worry we can cater to that to. We cater the West Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire areas.
